2008 Cancellations & Refund Policies
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% of total stay. A check must be received 15 days prior to arrival or as arranged with Innkeeper. Group reservations must be paid in FULL prior to arrival.
- A FULL Refund, less $35 processing fee, will be remitted if your cancellation is fully re-booked or your cancellation is received 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Cancellations received 15 days in advance of your scheduled arrival are entitled to a 50% refund.
- You will receive a cancellation # from the Innkeeper to receive proper credit. Please speak with the Innkeeper – a voice message or e-mail are not acceptable.
- No show and no phone-call constitute no refund.
